Students will have opportunities to select books to "read" and tell stories with pictures from their selected books. Although students may not be able to read in Pre-School, it is important that it is established that reading is fun and exciting.
I will ask questions during reading time, "What do you think will happen?" "Is this character happy? mad? sad? Why?" "Could this happen to you in real life?" "Can you retell the story to me? What happened?" When you read to your child, please practice asking the same questions and have your child answer them.
Los alumnos tendrán la oportunidad de escoger libros para ¨leer¨ y contar cuentos a sus amigos usando las fotos de su libro escogido. Aunque los alumnos no pueden leer en pre escolar, es importante que éste establecido que leyendo es divertido y emocionante.
Preguntaré durante el tiempo de leer, "¿Qué piensas que pasará?¨ ¨Está el carácter...¿feliz? ¿enojado? ¿triste? ¿Por qué?¨ ¨Te puede pasar en la vida real?¨ "¿Puedes recontarme el cuento? ¿Qué pasó?¨ Cuando usted lee a su niño, por favor practique preguntando las mimas preguntas a su niño.
